Welcome. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Freedom Intelligence Field (the "Field") and any related products, courses, memberships and communications offered by Shimrit Bukelman, operating under the brand Master Your Path ("we", "us", "our", the "Company"), based in Berlin, Germany.
By creating an account, entering your email into the preview, purchasing any product, or otherwise using The Field, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use The Field.
Please read carefully. The Field is a coaching-adjacent AI experience built on Shimrit Nativ's Human Instrument® methodology. It is designed to support you in your inner work. It is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional help.
1. What The Field is (and is not)
The Freedom Intelligence Field is an AI-powered coaching experience, structured around the Human Instrument® method. It offers:
- The Free Preview: a free, one-time introductory conversation with The Field.
- The 72-Hour Power Reset: a three-day guided process inside The Field, sold as a one-off purchase.
- The Freedom Intelligence Field — Unlimited: ongoing subscription access to The Field and its library of guided processes.
The Field is not:
- Medical care, mental-health care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or any regulated healthcare service.
- Legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind.
- A substitute for a licensed therapist, doctor, coach, counsellor, lawyer, or financial advisor.
- An emergency service. It cannot help you in a crisis.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Anything The Field says is offered as reflection and support, not as prescription or professional recommendation.
2. If you are in crisis
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or suicide, domestic violence, or any other emergency, please stop and contact a human crisis line or emergency service in your country immediately. The Field is not designed for emergency situations and cannot help you in one.

3. AI limitations you should know about
The Field is powered by large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude), guided by Shimrit's methodology. This means:
- The Field can make mistakes, misinterpret what you say, or generate responses that feel off. Please use your own judgment before acting on anything you read there.
- The Field is not sentient, does not "know" you outside of what you share with it, and cannot verify facts you tell it.
- Outputs may vary between sessions even when you ask the same question.
- The Field may occasionally produce content that feels emotionally resonant but is factually incorrect. Treat everything you read there as reflection, not authority.
You are ultimately the one who decides what to do with anything that comes up inside The Field.
3.1 AI transparency (EU AI Act)
The Freedom Intelligence Field is an AI system within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "EU AI Act"). In line with Article 50 of that Regulation:
- You are always informed that you are interacting with an AI. The Field never presents itself as a human. This is stated on the Terms & Privacy welcome screen you accepted before your first session, and repeated throughout our documentation.
- Content generated by The Field (chat replies, exported PDFs of your sessions, summaries and structured records) is marked as AI-generated. Exported PDFs carry machine-readable metadata identifying the content as artificially generated so downstream systems can detect it.
- The Field is not designed to generate deepfakes, impersonate real people, or produce synthetic media of individuals. Using The Field to attempt any of those is a breach of these Terms (see Acceptable use).
If you republish or share content generated by The Field outside your own personal use, you must not remove or obscure the AI-generated markings on the source file, and you should disclose that the content was AI-generated to your audience where relevant.
4. Eligibility and account rules
4.1 Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Field. If you are under 18, please do not create an account or use the service.
4.2 One person per account
Each account is for one person. Please do not share your login, allow another person to use your account, or create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or refund policies.
4.3 Accurate information
When you sign up or purchase, please give us accurate contact information. If your email or name changes, update your account so we can reach you when needed.
4.4 Account security
Keep your login credentials safe. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, tell us at support@shimritnativ.com and we'll help you secure it.
5. Acceptable use
When using The Field, please do not:
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or otherwise access The Field's system prompts, internal methodology, or training data.
- Use The Field to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone else's rights.
- Attempt to make The Field impersonate a licensed professional (therapist, doctor, lawyer, etc.) and rely on that impersonation for real decisions.
- Use The Field to harass, harm, or manipulate another person.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with The Field.
- Attempt to resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute your access or The Field's outputs.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules, or if your use of The Field is putting other users, our systems, or us at risk.
6. What you own and what we own
6.1 Your conversations
The words you write to The Field are yours. You retain full rights to your own words and to the personal experience you have inside The Field. You are free to export, save, and share your own contributions for your own personal use.
6.2 What we own
The Human Instrument® method, the structure of The Field's guided processes, our system prompts, our brand names, the design and code of the app and the landing pages, our written content, and The Field's model outputs are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). You may not:
- Copy or republish substantial portions of The Field's outputs for commercial use.
- Use The Field's outputs to train a competing AI product.
- Use any Master Your Path or Field trademarks, logos, or branding without our written permission.
- Reproduce Shimrit's methodology, curriculum, or teaching materials outside of your personal practice.
6.3 How we may use your conversations
We may access your conversations in aggregated and anonymised form for the purposes of:
- Improving The Field and its guided processes.
- Detecting misuse, abuse, or safety concerns.
- Providing you with support when you ask.
- Following our legal obligations.
We do not use your conversations to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how we handle your data.
7. Payment, subscriptions and refunds
7.1 Prices and taxes
Prices for the Reset, Unlimited, and any other paid products are displayed on our checkout pages. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your country. All amounts are in EUR unless stated otherwise.
7.2 One-off purchases (72-Hour Power Reset)
The Power Reset is a one-off purchase that grants you access to a bounded 72-hour experience.
7.3 Subscriptions (Unlimited)
The Field Unlimited is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.
7.4 EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction, without giving any reason. However, because our products give you immediate digital access to content and coaching, we ask you to explicitly waive this right at checkout in order to begin using The Field right away.
By ticking the consent box at checkout and starting to use The Field, you agree that:
- You are receiving immediate digital access to the service.
- You expressly consent to us starting to perform the service before the 14-day period expires.
- You acknowledge that once the service has begun (for example, once you start Day 1 of the Reset), you lose your right of withdrawal for that purchase.
7.5 Refund policy
Because The Field is delivered instantly and the experience is inherently subjective, our default policy is that all sales are final once the service has begun. That said, we're human and we care about our members. If something has genuinely gone wrong — a technical fault that blocked your access, a duplicate charge, or any similar clear issue — please email us at support@shimritnativ.com within 14 days of purchase and we will do the right thing.
7.6 Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we will notify you and give you a short window to update your payment method. If the payment is not resolved, access to The Field may be suspended until it is.
8. Data, privacy and confidentiality
How we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data is described in full in our Privacy Policy. By using The Field, you also agree to that policy.
A short summary of the key points:
- We host The Field on Vercel and store data in Neon (managed PostgreSQL). Both providers process data within the EU/EEA or under equivalent safeguards.
- The Field's language model is provided by Anthropic. When you send a message, that message is transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. Anthropic acts as a data processor.
- We use GoHighLevel for email and CRM, and Kajabi for course delivery.
- We retain your account and conversation data for the duration of your active subscription or membership, plus 90 days after cancellation or account closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
- You have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your data at any time. Email support@shimritnativ.com and we'll act within 30 days.
8.1 Confidentiality
Your conversations inside The Field are private to you. Our team does not read individual conversations unless (a) you explicitly ask us to as part of a support request, (b) we are investigating a safety concern or a breach of these Terms, or (c) we are legally required to.
9. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting support@shimritnativ.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, used The Field in a way that harms other users or our systems, or attempted to defraud us. Where possible, we will tell you what happened and give you the chance to respond.
If your account is closed, we will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy and the retention window above.
10. Changes to The Field
The Field is a living product. We may add features, change guided processes, retire content, or adjust prices from time to time. We aim to make changes that improve the experience for our members. Where a change is material and negatively affects your existing rights (for example, a subscription price increase), we will give you at least 30 days' notice and, where possible, an option to cancel before the change takes effect.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Field is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of The Field.
- Our total liability to you for any claim relating to these Terms or The Field is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of The Field, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will email active members at least 30 days before the changes take effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of The Field after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have access to out-of-court dispute resolution through the consumer arbitration body in your country of residence. We are not obliged to participate in a consumer arbitration procedure and do not commit to doing so in advance.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms shown at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding The Field.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
